When any part of the electronic equipment fails, the main goal is to troubleshoot and repair the fault so that the equipment can resume work as soon as possible. If this equipment is a part of the mechanical monitoring system, this goal will become even more important, as shown in Figure 1. This diagnosis step divides the 3500 monitoring system into three parts: field wiring and proximitor extension cable and probe frame. Figure 1 The inspection steps are as follows: measure the transmission between the PWR and COM terminals of the I/O module on the monitor. Its value should be -23.7±0.5VDC.
